Background: The routine vaccinations and acquired immunity by other viral infections were believed to be acting as a protective factor against severe COVID-19 outbreaks in some countries. This study is overviewing the relationship of BCG, MMR reported disease outbreak with infection across Indian states. Methods: data on vaccination coverage respiratory was obtained from Universal immunization program Integrated surveillance project reports. spearman rank Correlation has been used assess infection. Results: result did not find any BCG or exposure India. Conclusion: have non specific protection results imply that larger proportion population still vulnerable
